Chlorophyll is a unique substance found in all plant life. NOW Liquid Chlorophyll is a stabilized concentrate, extracted from alfalfa leaves with added peppermint oil. This product offers a naturally sourced alternative that can be used to flavour and colour a variety of foods and beverages. It may also be taken directly from a spoon. The peppermint oil may also help to freshen breath.
Directions
Dosage: Take 1 tsp. (5 mL) 1 – 2 times daily.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or if you are taking birth control pills. May cause urinary discolouration. If cramps or diarrhea occur, reduce the dosage. If symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner
